Refund policy

Our aim to ensure customers are 100% happy with their purchases from Lawn-Kit.com

If you have any problem with your order or product please contact us as soon as possible at andy@lawn-kit.com or 07470 322 544 so we can resolve this.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping costs- if you are returning a faulty item it won't cost you a penny, you will be sent a return label. If you have simply changed your mind about the purchase the return shipping is at your expense.

You can chose a refund or a replacement subject to availability. For refunds please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
